USAHousingData is the data platform of USA Houses LLC. It's where the company's housing and geography data gets collected, cleaned, joined and kept current, and it's the shared data source for the USA Houses network of sites:

• USAHouses.com: the consumer real-estate platform, with city, county and ZIP guides.
• NewUSAHouses.com: the new-construction platform, with communities, builders and quick move-in homes.

Future USA Houses LLC sites will use the same data and cite it the same way:

Data compiled and maintained by USAHousingData, a USA Houses LLC platform. Sources include the U.S. Census Bureau and other identified public and proprietary sources.

What we are, and aren't

• We are a media and data company. We are not a government agency, and no agency endorses this site.
• We don't claim ownership of government data. Our work, and what we charge for when paid products launch, is the collecting, cleaning, joining, maintenance and presentation of it, plus our own research.
• We are not a real estate brokerage. Any licensed professional who appears on USA Houses sites does so as an identified advertiser.
